Hi! I'm so excited to begin working with you on your transactions and listings. Please fill out this form in it's entirety for onboarding.

When you go under contract next or need a new listing added, you will just visit my app here (you can add it to your homescreen for easy access) and fill out the appropriate form with the details for that specific transaction. You can also email me or send me a text and I can forward you the forms as well. 🙂

Hiring Agreement:

Agent understands that they will remain a part of all transactions and stay in communication with their client throughout the process.

Agent understands that Heart and Key Transactions/Holly Schreidl does not and will not negotiate any terms of any contract, including, but not limited to appraisal discrepancies and repairs.

Agent will use the New Contract form to submit all new Contract to Close transactions and the New Listing form for all new listings. These can be found on my website or links can be saved to your phone or browser for easy access.

Payment:
For all Listing Services , payment is due once work is completed or when listing goes active, whichever is first.

Listing Services are $150.

For all Contract to Close, payment is due no later than 1 day after closing. I will invoice you on closing day.

Contract to Close is $350

Dual Agency is $500

Heart and Key Transactions/Holly Schreidl will do my best to keep you and your client in the loop for all happenings of your files. I will call, email, or text as needed.
