I'm Holly — founder of Heart & Key Transactions, wife, mom of two littles, coffee shop enthusiast ☕, and a mountain girl living in a shore state 😂🏔️

I spent over 10 years in healthcare and management administration — tracking deadlines, managing compliance, coordinating between a million different people, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. Sound familiar?? That's basically transaction coordination with a different dress code.

Here's the thing — I've always been obsessed with real estate. Like genuinely obsessed. But when I thought about becoming an agent I kept coming back to the same realization: I don't want the sales hustle. I want the behind the scenes work. The paperwork, the deadlines, the details, the process. (Yes I know I'm weird. I've accepted it.) 😂

So I did what any paperwork loving, real estate obsessed, admin girlie would do — I built a business around it 💛

Heart & Key Transactions was born because I wanted two things: to do work I genuinely love AND to build a flexible life that lets me be present for my family. When you work with me you're not just hiring a TC — you're working with someone who actually cares about your business like it's her own.

Oh and did I mention I also have a copywriting background?? So I'm literally the only TC who can make your listings sound as good as they look 🔑
